Mosquitos/Flies

Hi,
Looking to move to Arbloeas ASAP and just need some advise on Mosquito and fly repellent.
Also are there a lot of cockroachs.

lived there for 15 years and never saw a cockroach but plenty of flies and some mosquitos. use the usual repellent and insect sprays.. worse thing is the tiny ants and the flying ants when they hatch out after the rain sometimes. fit good nets to windows and doors and keep them out of your inside areas.
