Firstly hope you are all keeping well. We are still trying to move to Limaria from the UK but due to obvious restrictions, we are in obeyance.
So, I am doing as much research as I can and my question today is what are the best mobile contracts or sim only deals.

You won't go far wrong with LOBSTER just google it. English speaking company based (I think) in Gibraltar. Cost 12€ month. includes calls and texts + 4GB data

By far the best is Digimobil. For just 5 euros a month you can gave the choice of 100 international minutes plus 1 Gb of data, or 3 Gb of data. If you don't use the 3 Gb it will roll over to the next month provided you top up at the end of your month. These days not so many telephone calls are made in that we all use WhatsApp or Messenger and so we find 100 international minutes to be quite sufficient. Lobster is 12 euros a month, I believe.
As with all providers, you can top up online or at many shops in the area.
