Hi

We are moving from Malaga province to Cuevas (once the lockdown has ended) and have been checking out furniture prices locally as we have to completely refurnish.

I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost here.  We found a fantastic store in Cuevas last week..My Mobel ..which had lovely stuff at good prices.  I believe there are quite a few big furniture stores in the area.  Vera springs to mind.

Good luck

There's a good shop on the bottom road in Huercal Overa near Ferretaria Tapia which sells beds and sofas. We've bought both from him and while the owner doesn't speak English,  he is really friendly and delivered our items the next day and for free.  Big furniture store outside Antas on the A7 too.  Not been in so can't say about prices etc

We brought our furniture and all household good 15 square metres cost £2000, the two three piece suites cost in the U.K. 5 grand alone depends what quality you want to have. Two thousand pounds moved contents out of three bed house to a three bed villa. Easy.

We used Jimbo the Scot, no problems.

£2000 is amazing.  I've been quoted that for transporting our meagre goods three hours away!  Needless to say, I won't be taking them up on it 😉
