Property wanted to rent: Rental wanted January onwards

Hello.making the move to the area early January. It may or may not be to early but just asking. My wife and I looking for any type of accommodation as long as has a kitchen to cook etc and a place to park a car.We need to rent for 2 to possibly 4 months while we look for a property to buy. We would need the owner to give us a rental contract to get a padrón. Happy to look at all areas as long as in easy traveling distance to Huércal Overa , Albox etc.we have no pets and we are very house trained. Thanks for any help or advice.
