Solar garden lamps

Hi
Where can I buy similar lamps to this one but solar. These run off electric and wiring encased in pillars now all broken and will not work.

Size looking for is
We got some excellent solar lights a few months ago from Leroy Merlin. They are €20 each and work well all year round. There are brackets included to fit them to a wall if required and also a spike to bed them in plant pots if preferred.
