Looking for a job: Estate agency

Hi everyone or should i say hola. I am looking at relocating. I would like to get a job in estate agency as i am an experienced Operations Director looking after 176 letting offices and i have 2 degree's in housing law. So far the vacancies i have seen have been commission only. Is this the norm in Almeria?
