Hello all. Could I ask a question about buying a property. My wife and I are relocating to the Almería area early January 23. The question I have is this. If we found a property we liked and put a reservation deposit on it to start the purchase process when do I need the NIE numbers. From what I have read we can go ahead as long as we have NIE numbers when we complete the purchase? Is this correct? Thanks in advance.

When we first bought in Palomares our solicitor sorted out the NIE number for us during the sale
