Maybe mention this to the agents when looking at prospective properties. And if you find somewhere get the agents opinion seconded by a Solicitor.

In the UK you could have a B&B licence but you might not get planning for a restaurant or entertainment for example, due to the service roads and/ or neighbours

Not sure if it's the same here but it's likely - moreso I'd say so get everything in writing and be 100% satisfied

Hope this helps

If you are opening a B&B you definitely need a licence. We got ours for our Palomares property arranged by our solicitor. A licence for a restaurant or entertainment will also be needed. So I suggest you get a lawyer to do the paperwork for you.

Go to your local town hall and ask, or spend some money and ask a Gestoria for info and maybe apply for the forms. If in a residencial area it might only have no Bisiness allowed to carry on in the property. Ask the formal way, word of mouth not advised
