Hello all. Does anyone know definitively whether the nine month transition for exchange of driving licences starts
on Dec 31st 2020 , or if it is already running.......ie; if you've not exchanged by end of September ( perhaps still awaiting residency)
you'll have to face the Spanish driving test. Judging by what I've seen, there'll be a few failures !!!

You have to change them by 31st December this year.
