Hi All
I have found a car I would like to buy but I’ve heard it could have debt attached to it, I have tried to use the DGT but it just leads me to another site called Clave (digital signature)
Which I have tried to register with, but I’ve had no joy, Does anyone know the process or know of someone who offers this service.

We have just completed this process.
Found a car on Facebook in our area
Went to see it and it looked great .
Took paperwork to our solicitor and she found there was a charge against the car which had been paid but not deregistered
So the extra was paid to have the charge deleted from the paper work .
Now just await the final paper .
Our solicitor was great and very reasonable
It’s best to let a gestor sort the process out ..

Thanks for reply’s, I gave the reg to my solicitor and it came back all fine, so I bought it. Better to be safe than sorry.
