Who is best to install WiFi and IPTV in Huércal-Overa?

Hi, having just moved to the area from the Seville Province, for a 6 month search of the region for a house. I am seeking advice on the best Wifi / IPTV box engineers locally. I have both a router and IPTV Mag250 box which I brought with me from Seville. The house I am in now has no phone line or Wifi system. I am using a dongle into my laptop for internet.

Is there someone locally who can advice me on the best 4G service to provide fast speed and download. I do not want to get into a 12 month contract for the reasons outlines above/
