Opening a Spanish bank account

CAn you open a Spanish bank account online? We are still in the uk and need to open an account. We have passports and NIE numbers

You can open a non-resident bank account with Sabadell and it can all be done online with very helpful English speaking staff and all the forms and website is in English. We even had debit cards sent to us and when you become resident you can change it to a resident account.
