Hi there and good morning, not sure if youve already found an english speaking solicitor, but we always use Mar Salas Prada, she has an office at the bottom of town, her hubby is in the same offices, Casas Almeria... give her a call she speaks perfect english and has a lot of contacts. 950 13 44 34.

We are looking to buy in La Alfoquia, Cantoria, Zurgena, Albox, Huercal-Overa, Partaloa but not Arboleas. We are looking to buy a 3+ bed, 2 bath with private pool as we wish to move from the uk so if anyone knows someone who has a property to sell that would rather cut out the agents do let us know.
I currently work for an estate agency in the uk so am familiar with the legal processes here!
If anyone has any advice on these areas such as pros and cons that would also be helpful.

We bought our house in Santa Maria De Nieva a few years ago, we used Amanda Oakley of ALO services in Zurgena, she did everything for us, sorted the house sale, helped us set up bank accounts and direct debits etc, she did our Spanish wills, she is currently doing our Residencia application, she also did our parents residencia for them.
Very helpful and very reasonably priced.
