Capital Gains Tax

Does anyone know of a tax expert in Mojacar. I have a question about Capital Gains Tax on my property in England if I sell it after I become a resident in Spain.

I posted something like this the other day. Antonio Torres on the Playa now. Up from Mercadona on a complex there. We use him. If you look him up on google you will get the correct address.

I can second that recommendation. If you are both 65 or over when you sell your property in the U.K. - as long as it is your prime residence - then CGT is not applicable. Antonio will offer you sound advice on both cgt and annual taxation.
