My wife and I have been in Spain since 7th December 2020. Since arriving we have applied for residency and been refused twice and I believe that we now face a court case . This the list of evidence dated December 2020 that we have to confirm that we were in Spain before January 2021

Storage company contract and receipt

Deposit contract for house purchase

Credit card statements

Police NIE assignment appointment

Contract from Transport Company

Receipt from Notary for power of attorney

Rental contract for apartment

Proof of income

I was wondering if anyone knows what further information the Spanish Authorities are looking for to prove that we were here.

Hi

My understanding is that they seek evidence of 'living' in Spain. From the authorities point of view, many of the items you've listed may potentially have been done as one-off transactions (contract signings..appointments etc..) that from their point of view may be interpreted as an 'intention' to do something.

Have you got energy bills? Supermarket receipts?

Also, you've not mentioned healthcare. A big thing for the WA application is did you have appropriate healthcare provision in place?

I'd suggest legal representation (but if you already have that then the individual involved should have access to the reason why the applications have been declined and what specifically the authorities are further requesting)
