Hi, I want to thank everyone that has responded to my last post. You have all been very helpful however I have another silly question to ask you all. Would a Power of Attorney document which was legally signed by myself and a Notary be considered as an official document.

It’s an official document in that it gives a person authority to act in your absence - it would be accepted by Extranjeria for that purpose, but I’m not certain if the document would be viewed as providing proof of anything other than its intended purpose.
