Property wanted to buy: Where is the cheapest place to buy on the coast....?

Hi Guys, 

I'm going to buy a place in the sun in 2020 - where is the cheapest place to buy along the coast?

Can some of you very knowledgeable people please recommend a very nice village on the coast for me to visit and check out to potentially purchase in?

I've been to Estepona & Almunecar but they are a bit on the expensive side and a bit too Spanish for me.
