Property wanted to buy: Agricultural property

Hi, I am looking for a property for agricultural purposes, with or without a greenhouse, but with clear access to water rights and without any prohibitions on building a greenhouse if one is not already present. Minimum size would be 1 hectare, but I would be most interested in properties a bit larger depending on the price, etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I find most of the property listed on the traditional websites are primarily for residential purposes .... Thanks, John Murray
