Hi just a quick question when we can come out to spain to relocate, my husband and I, do we need to fill in a ex18 form or is it the ex19 form?  Can we do this at the police station or does it need to be done before hand, any tips and info greatly received, many thanks

Unless you are at least conversational in Spanish, and well acquainted with Spanish bureaucracy, you hire a gestor to walk you through the process and send someone to Almería with you.  English is not spoken at Oficina de Extranjeria.

Rules and regs change really quickly here and you do really need someone to step you through the minefield.  What form(s) you will need will depend very much when you arrive, i.e. this year or next.

would recommend CATS Services in La Alfoquia for this they helped us through all the paperwork and went to Almeria with us to translate worth the money for the peace of mind.

Strongly agree with the recommendation for CAT Services.  Even if you do have conversational Spanish their management of the whole process is well worthwhile.
