Capital gains tax

Hi everyone, we are coming out to the Garrucha area in August for six months, renting an apartment in order to apply for our Nie and new TIE. We will not be able to sell our UK property before the 31st Dec and realise we will on 1st Jan become Spanish residents and be liable to pay cgt on our UK property.
Does anyone know what percentage we would have to pay? My other question is I understand that a gestor is cheaper than an abogodo to sort out obtaining our NIE numbers. Does anyone know of a good gestor near to Garrucha, Vera area that we could use?
