Ameria Rentals

Has anyone had any experience with almeriarentals.eu ???? They have lots of really nice properties on their website available for long term rentals in Almeria, but all the dates available are about 10 years out of date!!
I have tried contacting them but no response so far - such a shame as they seem to have exactly what I am looking for!
Any advice on reputable rental agencies would be greatly appreciated - looking for a 3 bed villa in Albox/Arboleas sort of area.
