Flight changes

Has anyone else attempted to change their flights after they’ve been cancelled by Jet2, and been unable to do so ?
Even following their instructions it won’t allow me to do it 😡😡😡😡

We were due to fly out on 15 May and Jet2 refunded the money on 13 May. There hasn’t been any suggestion yet of re-booking. We do have flights booked in September this year to stay for around five weeks, but the way things are at the moment, not too hopeful of getting back there. Only time will tell.
