Hi.. We also had a bad experience with Goldcar.

We always use the broker 'zest xar hire' and. Centauro is normally one of the cheapest. We have not had any problems.

It is dearer to book with Centauro direct.

Zest give you the option of buying the extra insurance at very economical rates and we always take it.... You can then flatly refuse the offers of insurance at the car hire desk.

I hope that helps

Kind Regards

Hi

If you take out their comprehensive insurance yes everything is covered. No need to worry about anything.

As you are only visiting for a few days it's worth the peace of mind. We have a yearly insurance cover so don't use theirs but we go to Spain every 6 weeks so it works out better for us.

Hope this helps ! Enjoy the sun !!
