Garrucha restaurants and wine shop

I haven't been to Garrucha since pre covid, can anyone advise which are the current restaurants the locals and expats recommend for seafood and which are tourist traps to avoid? Somewhere near where the road train stops. 

Last time everyone was raving about 'Rincón del Puerto' which was nice but didn't blow me away. Time before I know I walked in the direction of Puerto Rey a few minutes and ate at one near where the road bends round to the beach but cannot remember which one, it was good though.

Also can anyone recommend a wine shop?  Hotel Tikar comes up but there must be more, looking for something a bit better than Mercadona / Consum / general tourist shops but not crazy money.
