Hi,

We are interested in a house for sale close to Oria but have heard of tremors, are they something to be concerned about please. The house was built in 2005 so I have no clue about build quality regarding these seismic events. I’m reading as much as I can and gathering info from actual people who live there as I find that most valuable. My wife is more concerned than I am and has worries.

Any feedback appreciated. Thanks

We've lived in the Oria area for 22 years, I've lust felt one tremor in that time, I thought it was a lorry passing by, and only late found out what it really was!

Hope this pacifies your wife.

We lived in Oria Campo for 5 years and never felt any tremors. Good luck with your move.
