Hi all if I sell my property as want to purchase a Bigger one.   I purchased as a non residencia and will sell as a residencia and purchase new as residencia.  What will be the impact on taxes. 

Any advice on which bank to open an account with,and which is the best account they provide 

Also with possibly a little understanding of English Until  we pick it up

Hello all, I'm asking for any personal recommendations (or otherwise) of asisa medical insurance, given that I'm living in the Vera/Garrucha area. Looking through the list of medical centres, it seems there is an English speaking doctor in Garrucha so that's good, but for a major hospital it seems as though almeria is closest.

What medical centres would people recommend, so I could check whether they are on the list for this insurer please? As a newcomer to the area I'm finding it a bit difficult to work out what's where and which clinics it would be good to have my insurance accepted with.

Hi all. I have ms and take pregablin for pain relief.  Doctors in Uk only prescribe one month at a time with prescription.  Where I will be applying for resudencia and until I am in the health system with s1 how can’t I get them.  I ask My Uk gp to give me 4 monthS to give me time to get health system.  They said no.  I thought they could give me an international prescription? I can’t register with public doctor to s1 registered.  I can register until I get residencia so going around in circles.  Can a private doctor write me prescription if they see my medical records I have been on this for 7 years.
