Hi,

This is just my second post and my Wife and I are currently in the process of purchasing a small villa on the Playa. We have always planned to add a small swimming pool and a very modest 1st floor build to incorporate an en suite bedroom to the single storey box villa. It appears from legal advise that these builds will be permitted and I am now in need of obtaining a couple of quotes for both the architect and building works. Ideally I intend to start work early next year pending permissions. I am not intending to waste lots of peoples time and just need a couple of quotes from reliable and professional trades. If anybody has any suggestions they will be very gratefully received.

I am thinking of coming to Mojacar alone for a week from 15th dec. I would try to rent a room/apartment on the playa

Any tips for a single maturish lady?!! 

Are places still open etc?

I have visited once before at Easter and loved it.

I am hoping to spend more time in the area when i retire and would be good to meet more locals, I met a few at Easter

Hi, Does anyone know if there are any organised trips to Beni for this coming Xmas/New year,sadly last year Mojacar was soooo dead

do any of the dog kennels provide a pick up and return service for dogs who are to be kennelled? we will be in mojacar for 6 months next year and plan on returning to the UK  for a week and we will not have a car to transfer and pick up the dog from any local kennels. 

I have tried clicking on the above post and it just disappears. Can anyone help me to understand what I am doing wrong please?

Am looking for a cast iron grate for a wood burner. Size needed is under 32cm wide and 30cm deep. Has anyone got one or know where i might be able to buy one from?
