I am hoping to spend time in Villaricos in April/May and again from September. I am wondering if there are any regular keep fit classes happening? I am a fairly fit 57 year old lady who wants to combine making new friends and exercise at the same time.

Hi Jacky
I have an apartment in Villaricos and visit frequently. I haven't seen or heard of any exercise classes but would be interested if you come across any locally.

Hi Jacky! If Mojacar ( about 20 mins away by car)is not too far for you to travel then why not come along to our Yoga classes in the sports centre there? We have classes every Monday and Friday from 11-12 ( usually followed by coffee at the little cafe over the road!). The group I teach are absolutely super people - very friendly and welcoming. Sue Lewis runs a Yoga class in Mojacar every Monday and Friday very friendly group.
I see Sue has sent you details, I´m sure you would find it good (and fun).
