Lots of questions!

Hi

I have been to Villaricos a few times and I’m thinking of relocating permanently - we have been looking in the area for 2 years

I’m visiting again in February to look at properties and have a few questions;

Is there a bed and breakfast in the town as we are staying near by but would like to spend a night or 2 in Villaricos?

Where is the nearest swimming pool for winter swimming?

Best local golf?

My husband is a semi retired carpenter and wanted to know if there is casual work opportunities locally- property maintenance/ handyman/ decorating/ gardening / pool maintenance- he would only want a little to stop the boredom & gets some pocket money? 

How much do taxis cost locally - for example Villaricos to Garrucha?

Is there still life in the town in winter? We have owned property in the south of France where the area was dead in the winter!

Best restaurants for local specials/ reasonably priced lunches / menu del dia?
