Yes a cajamar cash point near Goah. No banks as far as I'm aware.

It is free if you are a cajamar customer I don't know about other banks. As you come into Villaricos from Vera there is a small round about first exit goes through Villaricos village take 2nd exit the cash point is about 10m on the right in a little alcove.

There's a charge if you're with another Spanish bank, but if you're withdrawing cash from overseas I've always thought the Cajamar machines were quite good.
The atm in Villaricos has been removed.
