Any advice on house insurance?

We use Ged at Liberty Seguros in Mojacar Playa. Both properties with them.

Were with Linea Directa but too many negative comments.

Whatever you do avoid Allianz like the plague. Atrocious service from them over a 2 year period and more than twice as expensive.

We're with Liberty Seguros for both property and contents insurance. The agent is Maxine Morgan at Forget-Me-Not on the Las Buganvillas roundabout between Garrucha and Vera. Everything is in English and it's all very straightforward.

We are finally travelling out to sign at the notary in a few weeks.... And need to pickup on the research that we had a started re house (And content) insurance. 

I've seen Liberty Seguros recommended several times but different contact persons mentioned... Do you think that it will make a difference to the quote or service?

Hi,

Can only confirm how well Ged has.treated us although we were not so taken with the staff at his parent Company in Albox. Found them patronising and dismissive.

 We travel extensively & he has sorted every logistical difficulty. If you are moving to Taberno.then obviously Albox will be closer.

He is a thoroughly nice chap & don't hesitate to recommend.
