Looking to move to Vera (pueblo) but my husband would like to know 'what there is to do' there.

He/we enjoy skateboarding, BMX racing, Boules, cycling, running, all of which we currently do in El Campello but are not sure what the area offers.

Please let me put him out of his misery so he knows he wont get bored (rolly eyes emoji)

Thankyou

Hi,

Don't do any of these but if you Google Search;-

The Almeria Focus Magazine ; from about P. 106 you have all the Clubs, Activities, Groups, etc.

Also if you join the local Facebook Forums you can not only  post but events are posted on them.

Saludos,

Bob and Sandra

Partner has a double plot villa with it's own large petanque court lol,  (We live in Urcal, near Huercal Over a, 7 minutes from the motorway, 12 minutes from town,), 40 minutes from the coast, lovely small village, quiet and peaceful, two bars, one featured a few times on A place in the sun, two sets of boules etc, you may see/find the occasional sets of small petanque courts dotted around, think there's some at San Juan Dlt.

There's a group of ex pat cyclists here too who go out most every day and do a good few miles of varied terrain. Not me lol, (ie up hill and down Dale lol, ), not sure about the other stuff but some friends/neighbours do dog walking most days in the afternoon and are always looking for volunteer walkers, come by next time you're over this way.
