Does anybody know if the “Pareja de Hecho” is a public record register that can be accessed online or request a copy of an entry from the town hall

Thanks

“Pareja de hecho” is common-law partnership.  I wouldn’t have thought it would be a publicly accessible record - the question would have to be why would the general public need to know whether a couple were common-law or married?

For residencia, Almería doesn’t recognize pareja de hecho, but Málaga does, so it’s not even uniform policy for common-law couples around Spain anyway.
