Property wanted to rent: Modern type property with parking

Looking to rent a modern property from 1st May for at least 6 months.

Wish list:

2 beds

2 baths pref one with a bath

Secure parking

Outdoor space for sunbathing (pref private) 

Sunny terrace with afternoon sun

Communal pool

Penthouse or least 1st floor

€400 plus bills or an all inclusive price not exceeding €500 pcm

I know we won’t get all of this, hence why it’s  a wish list. We like Vera Playa and surrounding but would consider other areas. 

We are just the two of us, no pets and fit, healthy and solvent.

Been on all the usual sites but not found “the one” yet!
