Friendly meeting each fortnight to discuss head on topics about Gods role in today's modern world, and does he help us in our daily lives, business, family etc.

Very informal, not a church, just a couple of Christians disccussing the awkward subjects.

Meeting in Vera cafe to start with.

I think anyone is welcome who does not have a belief, but if you already have a belief in your God, it wouldn't be my aim to even contemplate persuading you to change your Faith, sheep stealing is not a biblical practice so not to be encouraged.

Wouldn’t be looking to convert :-D

I was more curious as Wiccan embraces all different belief systems.  There is a lot of crossover between the beliefs, right through to traditional Christianity celebrating Pagan festivals, so was really just curious.

Oh, ok, Ive never been happy with the politics used by the church , that has been prevalent for hundreds of years, crusades etc, conversion by the sword, non went well with me ,hence I went to a high church until 12yrs old, then left and closed the door, until, something happend to me which was a true miracle, then two or three followed and that was my solid conversion.

All in all about 49 yrs ago, I'm still there enjoying the ups and downs of life, my wife has cancer and we count each day a blessing, all things are possible with God, and also the medical profession in Spain are excellent.

Nice to chat with you.

A similar story in terms of incredible things happening, but I followed a different, more polytheistic route :-D

Lovely chatting to you too Dee.  Blessings to you both.

Thanks Jenni,

Both Dee and I want the same thing, I believe, but come at it from two seemingly very different angles.  I say seemingly because there is a lot of commonality as well.

Difficult to explore properly as there are few and far between here that choose - or are called - to walk the path I do.

Have a fabulous 2020 yourself, Jenni. Blessed be.

Morning Dario,

I come from a very heavy Christian background, high church, drummed into me as a child, but never felt quite right, lots of unanswered questions. I go by the law that everything has a soul, so for example I will never kill anything, eg cut down a living tree, if the tree has died naturally fair enough cut it down for use, but not when it is alive, and that goes for any living thing, When I have said this to people in the passed they think I have lost the plot, so your conversation with Dee was an eye opener and I have never heard of Wiccans which I now shall explore more .

Thanks for taking the time to answer  Kind regards  Jenni
