Hi you sunny peeps

A quick question you guys might be able to help with. I requested a copy of a death certificate from the town halll register on 14/11/24 but still have nothing. The cost was €104 for two copies. When I enquire they say we have a back log. The normal waiting time is 15-20 days. I’m nearly 4 months in

How can I speed this up ?

if you are in the area an enquiry at the townhall in person might find out why the delay if not then you may have to employ someone to do it for you
