Possible Writers Group Start-up in Mojacar Pueblo?

Hi All,

I am in the process of starting a Writers Group to be based in The Sunny book Shop in Mojacar Pueblo.

We are just at the gathering information stage. To see how many would be interested in joining up. 

Once a month to discuss writing in general or the technical aspects of publishing your own work.

It would be open to all ages and writing levels. And all nationalities. The more the merrier.

Time wise we have been offered the premises from 6pm on weekdays and more flexible hours at the weekends.

So we will be able to include people who hold down a fulltime job.

I also belong to, The Almanzora Written Word Group. And we have been going strong for 3yrs this January.

We do write in English. But we also have non-English speaking people in our group. Who write both in Spanish and English.

But it is based in Arboleas, and it is a fair hike to take out there, if you have a fulltime job, and are writing your Amazon Best seller, or the memoirs of your Great grandfather.

A Writers Group based in Mojacar Pueblo will help with that.

The Written Word Group has published an Anthology which, all going well, should be launched on Saturday the 24th January at the Sunny Book Shop from 4pm. If anybody is interested to hear about the Almanzora Writing Group and the behind the scenes of actually getting the book called, Dances with Words published. Come along, ask your questions. Everybody is welcome.
