I would like to know is the nude walk is restricted to nudist area only? What could happen if we cross the nudist zone and entered in to textile zone by mistake.

How first timer will come to know where all they can walk naked.

I recall reading in the Euro Weekly a month or so ago that nudism outside of specified areas will attract a very VERY heavy fine (750,00 € I think but I stand to correction)

I would imagine the nudist areas are well signposted, as is advice you are leaving a nudist area.  Anyone else here have specific knowledge??

Only thing I'm aware of is the requirement for nudists to don clothing after 8pm, when presumably they might want to go to a local bar etc.

Havent heard or seen much about a "Nude walk" and /or any restrictions as to where it might take place, ie within the gated nudist community or a beach etc.

Hi, not heard of a nude walk. Naturist area is clearly signed, if you turn towards the beach at Consum, turn left at the "T" junction you will come across the naturist area after about 300m. The area then stretches to the Hotel Vera Club, you can be naked anywhere within that area but clothes are usually worn in the evenings. With regards to the beach, people walk from the back of the Zimbali Playa Hotel all the way along to nearly the area used by motor homes  which is virtually at Palomares.

You will probably not find many naturists from next month on as a lot of the apartments are only used summer months.

Enjoy your stay,

Best wishes,

Tony.

The naturist area is not clearly signed.  The only one I've ever seen is the one as you head towards the rounder bout on the main drag road that goes towards natsun which says nudist zone. For first timers l would recommend reading the map that shows the naturist area.  As for a fine out side the nudist areas  signs would need to be displayed to enforce this.

In Spain, I believe the constitution allows naturism but not lewdness,  anywhere except on private land without permission, near to institutions like schools, hospitals, mental institutions etc. You can be naked on your own property.

If you are naked in a public place, the police may arrest you but are a little short on what they can charge you with.

As a naturist myself, my advice is a common sense one. In a public place naturism can offend so only strip off on your own property and on or near to the naturist beach, people do seem to get away with extending it a little either way.

There has been confusion in the past on the naturist zone, never had a problem and I would always use common sense, textiles do stray into the naturist zone and some think it should be textile, there are miles of beach either way of Veraplaya naturist beach area so don't know why they do this, I have found textiles set up on the beach past the naturist sign into the naturist areas on the beach, I carry on regardless as the sign is clear enough and big enough stating naturist area beyond the sign, so you can expect to see nude people, the attached pictures may help.

The Palomares Beach is not Naturist as in Cuevas del Ammanzora not Vera. The boundary is the rambla by El Chumbo. and Nturists should not walk past this point. Not sure of the actual boundary te other way but have always understood that Vera Beach down to the lagoon is open to Naturists and Textiles. I am not nudist and am open minded but Palomares Beach is popular with textile families so do not think that  it should be used by naturists and is not legal to do so in any case.
