Hi, I have recently bought an apartment in Vera pueblo. This was a cash purchase so no mortgage. I was just wondering if I wanted to move permanently out to Spain are the monetary requirements the same e.g its about income and not capital?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Leigh
the rules are the same for anyone wishing to come to live in Spain now regardless of whether you already own a property or not. You have to satisfy the income level and have private heath insurance cover if not a retired pensioner with a S1 to register on the Spanish system.
