I am looking to buy a property on Valle del Este and would like to know if there are any recommendations for an English speaking lawyer to deal with this and my and my wife's residence applications.

Angela Morales in Mojacar were excellent when I bought in Vera Playa a year ago.

Without doubt, Lexfix Abogados based in Huercal Overa.
Dan is a qualified Solicitor and his fiance Amber is a qualified Accountant.
They are both English by birth who have grew up in Spain and are very knowledgeable.
The added bonus is they speak English and I don't mean legal/financial English.
They sorted all my legal and financial requirements and Amber even found electric and water suppliers who were way cheaper than the suppliers I had been using in my previous property.
Basically my utility bills are now cheaper for a 3 bed 2 bath detached villa with pool than I had been paying for an apartment.
They are cheaper than my previous legal team, give them a call, tell them David sent you and no I'm not on commission.
