COVID Antigen Test required to go back to the UK

Hi

I would try the EV Medical again after the UK announcement wed or thurs because the news recently has been about Spain being on the amber plus list and I think some people may of booked their tests just in case so they may have some cancellations after that as Spain isn't going on the amber plus list at the moment but still not sure what will happen.

Hi, you could try Famacia juan de la cruz belemonte mena (Farmaciaveracentro.es) located on Plaza Mercado in central Vera. I believe you can just turn up on the day, take 1 hour for results and certificate to fly and costs 30 euros per person. we did ours there last week before returning to the UK with no issues.

Thanks Wayne, we did try these but unfortunately the timing of when we fly doesn’t coincide with their opening times I.e we fly Monday morning and they don’t open Friday afternoon or Saturday for testing…

What test do we need to come back to uk from Spain. 

Hi, you just need an antigen test, upto 72hrs before you travel…See below link to the latest uk government guidelines.

We're not yet in Spain, but if all goes well, we will leave Vera Playa on 25th September for the long trek to Santander for the Monday ferry to Plymouth. I would like to try to contact the medical centre in Vera, to find out what time they can do the last tests on Friday, to take with us on the Saturday morning.

If we cannot get a test done then, we'd have to try in Santander......

You need to book in advance. We booked early the first week we arrived we took our passport with us to speed things up and then took them again when we had our tests.
