Has anyone had any dealings with the tax office in Hercual overa? I need to go to sort out some issues. I have tried calling but a waste of time left on the phone for eternity
I just feel without a prior appointment that maybe a waste too.

The tax office in H-O are known to be incredibly unhelpful - even my Asesora doesn't like dealing with them!!
I don't know if they'll see you without an appointment

Thanks Dario I have heard this I use fortepani in vera as my assesoria he has sent some forms off to the tax office but we haven't received a reply.
The person in Turre who sorts my annual tax out .Got me a appointment with the tax office in Hurcual overa within days.I went and presented my paperwork for my tax to be claimed back from the England.Two days later collected the stamped documents,sent them off and got my money some eight months later.I was charged 30 euros.That was after being messed about for 18months by somebody in Vera.

As Peters response indicates, you need to find an Asesor(a) who has a decent relationship with H-O. If you can find someone who has a friend in that office things will go smoothly.
They SHOULD treat everybody equitably - but this is Spain and nepotism in its various forms seems to be a way of life.

I would probably agree because when I explained my previous problem to the asesor ,She went and phoned the lady at the tax office. and within a couple of days I was sorted.

Das bezeichnet man in Spanien als Rechtsstaat!
ich bekomme mein Geld abgebucht obwohl ich bezahlt habe, man sagt mir habe 3 Tage zu spaet bezahlt, jetzt schon zum wiederholten Male! Etwas muss geschehen .
