I'm looking for a timber yard near Vera Playa that can supply 8" x 8" posts for a pergola and also need them to machine the ends of several other planks of 8" X 3"

Your best bet would be to go to Maderas Viudez just off junction 537 of the A7 heading from Almeria towards Murcia, go past the petrol station to the far end of the building where you will find the timber yard...not much english spoken so Google translate would be handy if your spanish is not too good...
