Aside from Garrucha there is also  Lidl store in Vera, just off the bypass towards Antas....

We are looking into the possibility of buying a property in the Vera/Mojacar areas. Can anybody recommend a trustworthy Solicitor they have used and can you elaborate on the pitfalls of buying a property/land if not in a development such as a golf resort?

lidls in Garrucha is open on Sundays through Dec now don't know if Vera one is as well

I bought in Mojacar Playa and no did not have any issues at all....

Another vote for Maria Maroto Pérez. Our purchase took place wholly throughout lockdown so we couldn't get over. Maria handled everything, including getting a touristic licence, brilliantly for us remotely. Gave us great advice and kept us fully updated throughout the process.
