Hi everyone,

New to this forum and wanted to say thank you as it is so helpful!

My Dad sadly passed away in December 2019 just after retiring and he left his property on Valle Del Este to me. We managed to come over for 5 days in Feb 2020 to sort out legal matters but haven’t been able to visit since the pandemic started due to having to quarantine when returning to England.

Just wanted to ask a quick question about deliverys from someone like Amazon or Mano Mano. Our apartment is on a gated complex, would the delivery driver call a phone number to let us know they have arrived and we go to meet them?

Sorry if it sounds like a stupid question!

Sorry to hear about your dad. Yes they usually call to let you know when arriving. Have you got a spanish phone number? You can also have parcels delivered to total entertainment in turre. They will email and let you know when parcel has arrived. We prefer this as you then don't miss any deliveries or need to wait in.

We haven’t got a Spanish number. Where is the best place to go to sort that out?
