Here is a link to the advice issued by the Spanish govt, in English, relating to the new TIE process for British nationals [residency] post July 6th 2020. Its pretty comprehensive and straight from the horses mouth so to speak. The Gov.uk living in spain page has recently been updated to include this statement.
