We have a lovely four bedroom villa just ten minutes walk to the beaches of Vera Playa and Puerto Rey. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs and a large bedroom en-suite on the first floor. It has terraces all around and lovely views. The pool is approximately 6m x 4m and Private. It has air conditioning in the lounge and in the master bedroom. It has lots of lovely outdoor space and is fully equipped as it is our home. References would be required and we would request three months rent plus a deposit before moving in. The monthly rent is €1350 plus bills - electricity, water and wifi..
