Have recently transferred to Vera Centro de Salud.  There appears to be two buildings.  Can anyone tell me which one to go to to make a doctor/nurse appointment and what goes on in each of them?  Is one emergencies only maybe?

Many thanks in anticipation.

Go in the bottom one, and good luck. 2 of the women receptionists are witches and offer no help. 1 (a gentleman) does try to help) but again speaks little English. There is a new younger lady that is nice and does try to help with a smattering of English.

Thank you for your replies.

Do you have to "check in" at reception if you already have an appointment or do you just go direct to the consulta?

Also, are you called in to an appointment or do ask around the other patients and follow the "orden" numbers on the appointment slips?

Many thanks

Just go straight to the room at your appointment time. What’s your doctors name?

My allocated doctor is Laura Milena Camargo Bello but I haven't seen her yet.

I haven't made an appointment yet.  I need a review at the beginning of July so will make an appointment online next week.

Thank you for the advice.

Ok thanks. It’s just that I’ve been trying to see her for 3 weeks now. Eventually got an appointment with a locum today. I think Laura has had a family bereavement so not sure when she’s back. I would have thought July would be ok.
