Uk benefits after withdrawal

A friend is coming to Spain but has not applied for residencia yet.   She gets pip and EsA contribution based.   Have they now stopped to be able to export this to Spain?

Pip is an exportable benefit, however only part of it is paid. Check on the benefits website it has all the information about which benefits are still paid after you move x
