Multifaceted.
If you formally sign on with a GP as per the reciprocal Healthcare Agreement with Residencia & are issued a prescription then if classed as an OAP or Disability Allowance you will pay only 10% of the cost of medication. If you buy it OTC, & so many medications are OTC here, then you pay the full price, whatever that is. Actually a lot of meds are so inexpensive that it's easier to buy than making an appt, etc, etc.
Was on Disability as of 55 so was entitled to Reciprocal Healthcare once had the forms from DWP & Residencia.
Still purchase most of our meds.
